This mailbox does not promise a response time. Your email service and the mailbox provider process your message to deliver it and reply. Email communication is separate from local audio processing.
Describe the issue
- Name the browser and operating system without sharing device identifiers.
- Explain what you tried and which step failed.
- Include the error message, file format and approximate duration.
- Hide names, personal paths and conversation content in screenshots.
Do not send private recordings, full transcripts, passwords or other people's documents. If a sample is needed, first agree to send a test recording without personal data.
